How is the 3 wavelength working for hair removal ?
Triple Wavelength Diode laser hair removal system combine with the 808nm and 1064nm 755nm wavelength in one treatment handle . A new hair removal treatment technology is upgraded based on the single 808nm wavelength laser . The traditional single 808nm wavelength have been proved for the mostly hair types and the most regular skin types effectively, but for the white brown or light hairs , it will need more treatment sessions and less treatment efficiency around 40%~50% result . Another two wavelength 755nm and 1064nm are complement imporotant to the 808nm wavelength .755nm wavelength can be absorded easily by the light color skin type and fine tiny hairs , especially for the skin type I and the tine hair on upper lip or forehead; In the meantime,the invisible light 1064nm light could be working on the dark skin safety.
Alex 755nm Wavelength
For the widest range of hair types and color.
The Alexandrite wavelength offers more powerful energy absorption by the melanin chromophore, making it ideal for the widest range of hair types and color- especially light-colored and thin hair. With more superficial penetration, the 755nm wavelength targets the Bulge of the hair follicle and is especially effective for superficially embedded hair in areas such as the eyebrows and upper lip.

The classic wavelength in laser hair removal, the 808nm wavelength, offers deep penetration of the hair follicle with high average power, a high repetition rate and a large spot size for fast treatment. 808nm diode laser has a moderate melanin absorption level making it safe for darker skin types. Its deep penetration capabilities target the Bulge and Bulb of the hair follicle while moderate tissue depth penetration makes it ideal for treating the arms, legs, cheeks and beard.
Yag 1064nm Wavelength
Specialized for darker skin types.
The Yag 1064 wavelength is characterized by lower melanin absorption, making it a focused solution for darker skin types. At the same time, the 1064nm offers the deepest penetration of the hair follicle, allowing it to target the Bulb and Papilla, as well as treat deeply embedded hair in areas such as the scalp, arm pits and pubic areas. With higher water absorption generating a higher temperature, the incorporation of the 1064nm wavelength increases the thermal profile of the overall laser treatment for most effective hair removal.
The priciple of the 3 wavelength diode laser:
Diode laser hair removal technology adopt the selective dynamics of 808nm and 755nm or 1064nm wavelength light ,Through the pores in the skin into the root of the hair follicles . The hair follicles will absorb the light energy and converted into heat , then to damage the follices and get the permanently hair removal . As the feedback of the clients , the 755nm wavelength could be aborded effeciently by the light brown hair color ; Meanwhile the 1064nm wavelength is the most safty wavelength to work on the dark skin type even for the skin type 6 .

Diode laser treatment must know items:
1. Prior to treatment, the physician must first get a detailed history, rule out any disorders that may contraindicate this treatment and finally physically inspect the treatment area.
2. Cosmetics should be removed with non-alcohol containing neutral cleansing agent such as Bactolinä, Cetaphilä Gentle Skin Cleanser or Celeteque Facial Wash.
3. Apply a generous amount of cooled gel (non-tinted) on the treatment area.
4. A slight erythema may appear after the procedure. This is normal and will fade gradually in a few minutes to hours.
5. Always record the parameters, fluence, shots and the area treated after each treatment.
6. Apply a cold compress prior to proceeding to the next treatment area.
7. Avoid use of cosmetics for 24 hours after each treatment.
8. Avoid sun exposure after each treatment
Post operative nursing care
l Sun avoidance
As with other forms of treatment, the treatment area should be protected from sunlight exposure. An SPF 15 or greater physical-sun block is recommended. Avoidance of direct exposure is also recommended.
l Advice of some treatment area
For axillary hair treatment , it is recommended that deodorants and shaving be avoided for the 24-48 hours after treatment.
l Cosmetic
There is no contraindication to wear make-up after treatment. Likewise the patient may return to work immediately after treatment.
l Follow-up Treatment
The treatment duration of Diode laser therapy extends for a few months. Patients should be reminded of there follow up schedule as to maximize the efficacy of the treatment. Please refer to the provided treatment parameter chart for the treatment intervals.
l Side effect
If at any point of treatment an adverse reaction is noted, hold treatment apply a cold compress and review your parameter setting. The cold compress may be needed for 5 to 10 minutes or until the adverse reaction is remedied.
